Are you a driver with good technical skills? Would you like to use this knowledge at the customer’s site and help them on their way with their new acquisition? Then read on quickly! Who knows, you could be the full-time CE driver with a technical background we are looking for!
As a CE driver at Kamps Transport in Pijnacker you will mainly be transporting forklifts and making them ready for use. Occasionally this will be supplemented with general cargo. You are expected to have some technical insight. For instance, you will have to instruct customers on location about the forklift trucks, install the battery or in some cases assemble the mast. You will be given an internal familiarisation programme for this, but you will need a basic technical knowledge to pick this up well. In principle, you will work on weekdays and sometimes you will be scheduled for the weekend. A four-day working week is also negotiable.
You will be working at a nice family business with development opportunities and an informal atmosphere. The salary is in accordance with wage scale D of the CAO Professional Goods Transport maximum € 2670,89 per month at 40 hours per week.
Besides holidays, ADV days and a personal choice budget, there are training opportunities and company clothing is provided.
- Has a valid CE driving licence, code 95 and digital driver’s card
- Has your VCA or ADR (this is an advantage)
- Has a good technical grounding
- Has experience within the transport world
- Has a hands-on mentality and good communication skills
