Together with Delta-N, a new system has been developed: Container Import Planning (CIP). This system keeps track of all sea freight container data, such as arrival times, customs documents and delivery schedules. CIP replaces the old Excel planning and allows for central storage and sharing information with customers. Soon, customers will be able to track the status of their containers at any time through a personal portal. CIP is an essential step toward more efficient logistics and more transparent communication.
