That is why a new trial with a fully electric Renault Trucks E-Tech was planned for September.
Testing an electric vehicle is in line with our ambition to become more sustainable step by step. At a time when sales of diesel trucks are declining and registrations of electric trucks are doubling, we want to be well prepared for the future.
During this trial, we looked at driving comfort, ease of use in practice, and suitability for various types of transport, among other things. We also tested a charger that was installed at our premises in Bleiswijk for the two-week trial.
We will incorporate our drivers’ experiences and the data collected into the further development of our sustainability strategy.
Together, we are building a future-proof and efficient logistics service.
