In February, we organised a tour of our warehouse for the temporary employment agencies we work with. During the visit, they gained a good insight into our operations, the working environment and what is expected of temporary staff on the shop floor.
During the tour, the warehouse was examined in detail, with a focus on the various types of transport, the storage facilities and the day-to-day operations. There was also time to ask questions and share experiences.
The feedback was positive. The participants indicated that the tour provided a clear and comprehensive picture of the work and the working environment. They were particularly impressed by the size of the warehouse and the diversity of the work.
